Booking courses using Anny

Members of the Helmut Schmidt University/Bundeswehr University Hamburg (HSU/UniBw H) can book courses (workshops) using the booking tool Anny.

Log in

To log in to Anny, you do not need an additional account. Just use your RZ-Kennung (Computing Centre ID) to log in via Shibboleth.

Select “Login with SSO”.

SSO stands for Single Sign-On and is required for logging in with your Computing Centre ID.

 

Log in with your Computing Centre ID (Shibboleth).

Now enter your full email address so that Anny can forward your registration to Shibboleth (e.g. [email protected]).

Book a course

Our range of courses will help you to further develop your competences in academic work and search process. Please feel free to register for a suitable course. Anny will give you an overview of our current range of courses (Workshops) and how to register for a course.

Is the course you are interested in not included? For more information, please visit “Ask a Librarian and courses”.

You will receive an automatic reminder two hours before the start of a course. You can adjust the time manually.

Your bookings can be cancelled at any time.

1. Select the course you wish to register for, e.g. Zotero training.

2. Additional course options may be chosen. Select the course you wish to register for, e.g. Citavi training.

3. Then select a date.

4. Click on “Book now”.

You can add another booking, e.g. for another course, via “Add booking”.

5. Your booking will be confirmed and emailed to you.

By clicking on “Bookings”, you will see an overview of your bookings.

6. In the overview of your bookings, you can, for example, make a cancellation or set a reminder.

You will receive an automatic reminder two hours before the course.
